Hi, I’m Tom, the founder of Tom’s Traphouse. With over 17 years of training experience, I’m passionate about helping people reach their fitness goals and become the strongest, healthiest versions of themselves. My approach combines strength training, functional movements, and personalized programming to ensure every client not only meets their goals but exceeds them.At Tom’s Traphouse(Located in Pickering, Ontario), I create a welcoming and empowering environment where beginners and seasoned athletes alike can thrive. My philosophy is simple: training should be challenging, rewarding, and—most of all—fun.
